CONSULTATION TERMS

01

The consultation

The private consultation is a 60 minutes focused working session priced at €95. Its purpose is to understand the proposed move, identify priorities and define appropriate next steps.

The consultation is the initial session only. It does not include later relocation work. Any further support requires a separately agreed tailored scope, fee and way of working.

02

Booking, payment and confirmation

Appointments are selected through Calendly and payment is handled through Calendly's connected Stripe service. A booking is subject to the appointment and payment confirmation issued through that flow. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not received by this website.

03

Client responsibilities

The client should provide accurate, relevant information and attend at the agreed time using the confirmed meeting method. Sensitive documents should not be sent through the general website form. Any later document-sharing method and scope must be agreed separately.

04

Professional scope and third parties

The consultation provides relocation coordination and orientation within its stated scope. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial or medical advice. Where specialist advice is needed, coordination may involve appropriately qualified independent professionals under separate responsibility and, where applicable, separate terms and fees.

Authorities, landlords, sellers, schools, providers and other third parties control their own decisions and availability. No visa, residence outcome, home, school place or third-party result is guaranteed.

05

Consumer withdrawal rights

A consumer entering a distance contract for services may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period under applicable Spanish consumer law. If the consultation is requested to take place during that period, the booking process may need an express request to begin performance. Loss of the withdrawal right after full performance is subject to the statutory conditions, including prior express consent and acknowledgement where required.

06

Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for any later relocation engagement, independent professional service or third-party service is governed by its separately agreed scope and applicable law.
